Travel time is over :-(
Hello Tribal members,
Hope everyone is feeling absolutely great! So the last few weekends I have had the privilege to travel and I loved every moment! I got to hang out with family in Texas, Florida for a work related conference and then Massachusetts for a Mentorship program and another seminar, and then South Carolina/North Carolina this past weekend just to hang out with friends and relax. Very busy month so far but I think travel time is over for a while! I learned a lot too though and over the next few weeks some of you will get to experience the new workout equipment and exercises!! I am excited about it and hopefully we will amp up the results. My next trip is in April back to Florida to learn the Functional Movement Screening process. Already looking forward to it! Can you tell I love to travel and would love to keep on learning anything that will help me be a better trainer and help you get better results! Talk to you soon!
