So things have been a little stressful lately for my family and me and I appreciate the concerns and the prayers! I am positive that things will get better this year. Here it is, the B I G DAY everyone has been looking forward to!!! In a few hours hopefully I will be at the gym and starting with each client who is in the Cheat challenge, weigh everyone, take pictures, and check measurements.
