If any of you have not started or are not sticking to the "Cheat to Lose" plan, you are missing out. Since my husband and I started on this plan 7 weeks ago, he has lost 24 pounds and I have lost 10 (which is a lot for a woman).
We did not change our workouts or increase the number of workouts per week, we just realized that eating better along with our regular exercise routine is the key to losing weight. I went from a size 12 to a (this morning to be exact) size 6. 11 months ago when I had my son, I never thought I would put these pants on again. It is not at all what I thought it was. It's not a diet, it's a way of life. It's an educational manual that teaches you HOW to eat. Not a diet that tells you WHAT to eat. We still go to Zaxby's and McDonald's. We still go to pizza places. We just know what to order now. Then we always have our "Cheat Day" to eat those chocolate icecream bars and french fries. We certainly don't miss anything. We just know when we can and can't eat it. Don't sit around wishing that you were getting more out of your workouts and that you don't know why you can't lose those last 10 pounds, stick to the plan and you will see them melt off of you. We are!
