"About that... I forgot to take my fish oil last night" sound familiar?? Allrighty then, this is what I hear from most of you. Here is the list of supplements I am taking and if you think you could benefit from it, go for it.
1. Protein powder - Whey in the morning and right after a workout. Casein @ bed time. (cottage cheese also can be substitute for casein powder)
2. Fish oil- 3-5 grams a day (Salmon a couple of days a week)
3. A multi-vitamin
4. Fiber supplement (It's called FiberSmart and you can order it online or pick it up at Vitamin Shoppe.)
5. Green Tea
We take a fish oil that our Chiropractor gave us and it's great. It has a lemon flavor and does not give you that fishy taste in your mouth. It's one of the top rated vitamins in the world.
We take a multi vitamin as well. We forget alot but I am working on that.
