Ok, so Wednesday the 25th is beginning of LENT for a lot of people. I thought it would be fun to make it a challenge for anyone who is interested and not s c a r e d to do it as well ( HAHA ). I will start it by giving up Starchy Carbs. such as Bread, Pasta, and Potatoes for the next 6 weeks. I will still be eating Fibrous Carbs. such as Veggies, fruits and salads. So please sign up by responding to this 6 week challenge- Ends on EASTER. Sign your name and exactly what Y O U will be giving up.

Ok the no carb thing really puts me in a mood. I just keep giving up sugar....every once and a while i have to do a starchy carb.....like once a week.

any bread but wheat and I don't eat that often
no pasta
rarely eat potatoes and when i do, it's sweet ones
so i am working on carbs as well
