Ok, so Wednesday the 25th is beginning of LENT for a lot of people. I thought it would be fun to make it a challenge for anyone who is interested and not s c a r e d to do it as well ( HAHA ). I will start it by giving up Starchy Carbs. such as Bread, Pasta, and Potatoes for the next 6 weeks. I will still be eating Fibrous Carbs. such as Veggies, fruits and salads. For Lent I am giving up sweets such as cookies & chocolate. I am also giving up starchy carbs like rice, bread, and potatoes. I will focus more on eating fibrous carbs like broccoli, snap peas, salads and eating lean meats.
