So here is my thought for the day. ..
My husband and I are going over our annual budget for 2009 and looked at how much we were spending on the gym and Micky's training. We decided to put it in the category of "well being". We looked at how much we had spent in 2007 on doctor visits, time out of work and so on and then how much we spent last year in 2008 when we started working with Micky. It dropped incredibly. Working out is an investment in ourselves, Our health and Our well being. You need to make room for it in your budget and trust me, it has already and continues to pay us back in the long run.
I charge you to figure up how much you spend on doctor visits, rx drugs, time out of work and so forth and see how getting your body in better shape and eating right can really make a difference. I am happier every time I look in the mirror, my marriage is better and I feel great.
