What are your thoughts on forward flexion? ex. Crunches. I really wanna know especially since I am out here learning new stuff to bring back to you!

Well, If what you say is true, then I don't want to do them anymore. I woudl rather do soem other exercise that will help me and not hurt me in the long run

I think its great for core stabilization, if its done in good form ......If not, its bad for your back and neck!
